Love United believes that the safety of your pet is paramount so please, please closely supervise your pet with all of our products and discard any items that become worn or compromised.

We want you to be 100% satisfied 100% of the time so please return any item at any time for any reason for either exchange or refund. All that we ask is that you include a note telling us what we could do better with that particular product or service the next time. We are invested in your happiness. And, we'd love to see pictures of your pets joyfully enjoying our products so please feel free to share pictures with us. We may ask to post your pictures and feedback but will only do so with your permission.

Typically, all orders are shipped within 3-5 business days. We do our best to keep all items in stock. However, if an item is backordered, we send you an e-mail asking how you would like to proceed. Some items are sent directly from manufacturers and you will be notified of the manufacturer's name so that you can keep an eye out for a package from them.

Shipping and handling rates-

All orders being shipped to the fifty states of the USA will be shipped for $5 via first class USPS mail.

Payment choices availabble include Visa, Mastercard and Discover. All funds must be in US dollars.
